Those pics and info are related to the off the shelf equipment installed in the spa that any spa maker could use so it won't help identify the spa itself. You'd want to look for a serial number or some kind of name plate for the spa which would most likely be in the equipment compartment somewhere if it exists. That would help determine the spa maker/model/year.
Otherwise post pics of the current filter including its end caps and maybe that will help (you might take the pics with a tape measure next to it showing its length and diameter).
