Balboa Hot Tub - switches to Economy from Standard by itself

My Balboa Hot Tub seems to be switching to Economy Mode after I specifically set it to Standard Mode. I have tried to reset it, but it is still doing it. Any thoughts?

Balboa does not make hot tubs. They make parts for hot tubs for a bunch of manufacturers.
