How to remove these jets?

Hopefully some old schoolers know how to do these beauties. Appears to be a plastic nut inside, and I'm a little reluctant to just start cranking off the outer white piece with some channel locks.

There is a special wrench that has two nubs on it that fit the two holes and yep, turn it.

The tool is called a (Spanner Wrench) and if you use it a lot there are fixed span models or there are also adjustable spans. You should be able to get one on line do a search or at an automotive store or tool store.
