Priming pump - first time setup

I set up my tub yesterday for the first time. Went through priming mode when it turned on. When i got in this AM and tried it out, I noticed a couple of the leg jets are weak or not blowing. Will air work its way out over time? What is the best way to fix?

Jacuzzi Jim:
  Did you try opening the jet?  Air locks don't usually affect 1 or 2 jets.  Worse case it might be a kinked hose.
