Used Hotsprings vs New Artesian

Hi all. Thanks for all your help so far. I had to let go the new Hotsprings Flair because it is simply out of price range. However in my price range this is what I’ve found and I could really use some input.

New Artesian South Seas line 748L (from a dealer)
For same price as 2008 used by one family HotSprings Envoy (from dealer so inspected with new cover etc)
Or cheapest option used 2014 Hotsprings Flair used and not from a dealer (saves $1500 after delivery)
