Sundance Red tags

I'm looking at a Sundance Odessa for 13k.  Includes tax, delivery, steps, cover, lift and full warranty being a red tag.  Is this a good prices?

Same question. Is this some way of referring to a "second" as in factory second?

most of them are minor shell blemishes that happened when they vacuum molded the shell, instead of re-molding the shell they offer dealers a couple hundred bucks off wholesale price
