Buying Used Bullfrog X5L

I have located a used 2016 Bullfrog X5L for sale that I am interested in. First time hot tub buyer here. He says it to be in excellent shape except maybe needing new headrests (includes cover). Listed $3,000. I understand a new one would be around $5,000-$6,000. Is this a fair deal? I would have to pay for it to be moved 150 miles, adding to the cost ($500??). Please let me know what y'all think.

Id say 3 grand is a decent price.  220 or 110?   If 110v the pump is only pathetic 1hp.   I won't sell it anymore because of that.
