The other day I broke a diverter valve in my tub. It was really cold out and I tried turning it while the pump was running and cracked it.
Emailed the dealer at 8:30am on Saturday morning and they had a tech out here and valve replaced by 11:30am.
Now that is service!!
I've read lots of stories about people waiting for days and weeks for help. Wanted to share a feel good story about dealer service.
