Where to buy hot tub cover

I got my new cover from RHtubs.  One question/concern I have is the underliner is different from my last cover.  I had the mesh kind before and this underliner is hard with 2 weepholes.  When I open the cover, lots of water pours back into the tub.  Is that normal?  The cover was made in Mexico (I thought it was supposed to be US).  I guess time with tell on the quality of the cover.  I do use a piece of foam on top of the water to help with steam/water evaporation.  Hopefully, that add protection.  Anyway, the excess water draining from the weep hole was just different from what I expected.

I wouldn't worry much about the 'weep holes' a lot of the covers have em...at the end of the day you'll get relatively the same life expectancy out of most of the covers that are sold as 'premium' ie 6" x 4" taper, 1.5 or 2lb foam, vapor wrap etc. And Yes a lot of spa manufacturers are building spas/covers/ etc down in Mexico, why? because a manufacturer only has to pay $8 an hour for assembly line/manufacturing labor vs $15-$20 in the US and they also get to bypass US regulations on Fiberglass and other hazardous materials used in building spas/parts/covers/etc
