Greetings. New to forum. I read a post regarding splicing a ribbon cable when replacign a light. THat's the dilemma I am faced with. Is splicing hard? How is it done? I'm replacing a footwell light in a Sundance Marin

If you are replacing the light, just run the new ribbon cable all the way back to the controller.
