Hot Springs Grandee D17 Lit on Circuit Board

Hi All - any guidance greatly appreciated.  I drained my spa yesterday to clean it and refill it.  Upon refilling, I turned the breakers back on and I get LIM OK and HTR ON indicators solid for a brief time and then the hear a click and those lights go out and the only light lit is D17 and the power light flashes red.  Any thoughts on where to start troubleshooting? Thank you.
