Artesian spa murky water ozonator?

I have a 2014 Grand Caymen and everything was well until two days ago.

Water got murky and i noticed today the Ozone/UV words on the panel have disappeared.

Is this generally a sign the  bulb has gone? If so is it easy to replace or do you recommend i hire someone.

 Timing would be about right, but everything revolves around sanitizer.  What I tell most people about ozonators is, after a year or so I could un-hook it, and you would never notice a difference. My guess would be you need a water change and a bump of sanitizer.
