Welcome to the forum. That question varies year to year and from location to location and is always welcome. Where are you located? I haven't been pricing hottubs since 2013, so I'm a bit out of touch on pricing. Off to read your replies.
DougB:
All good information. Looks like I have more work to do. I'll definitely do a wet test. I assume I'll end up going over my budget, but of course I don't want to bust it. There is a dealer nearby selling a Bullfrog x7 in my price range that I like. But, I'll do more due diligence before I pull the trigger on anything. Thanks again. All info is welcome.

Every major spa manufacturer has a "dealer locator" on their website where you enter your zip code and it tells you who is in your area. I'd suggest you do that with the list above.

I haven't looked lately, but one of the major manufacturers used to require you to submit a phone number and email address before it would tell you a local dealer.
Piper Matt:
Check out Mirage Spa & Recreation (Sundance) in Kirkwood and Baker Pool & Spa (HotSpring) in Chesterfield. There is also the local manufacturer Aspen Spas in the city on McRee between Kingshighway and Vandeventer. I've heard rave reviews about all three companies.
You've no doubt combed the forums and gotten the advice to wet test and to choose a reliable dealer. You're in good hands with the three above. I just took delivery of my first spa from Mirage a couple of weeks ago. They have been very friendly and helpful during the whole process. I couldn't feel more comfortable with them.
Good luck and don't forget to share your decision when you make it!
