Hello All - I'm in the begging stages of a hottub purchase and started to do a ton a research. I found a tub I like but i think the salesman is trying to take me to the hole. I got price quoted for a south sea spa item 748 B with bluethooth for $9,300. I think i can get this for a lot cheaper but their the only dealer in my area (NY) does this sound right. i think this tub is more like 7-8k. Any help would be great, thanks

What makes you think it should sell for $7-8k? Is that price and the $9300 quote "tax included" prices?

You don't get what you used to for 7-8k but I don't feel informed enough to give you an opinion, I'm just wondering if you saw people here quoting that price or whether you're concluding this by looking at the product itself.

Thank you for your reply.  9,300 is before tax. And the reason why i think the tub is cheaper is becuse i saw a post on here stating it goes for  6-7k , and that was two years ago. So i figured the price is what i said.  I dont mind a sales man make a couple of bucks , but that seems very high. I was also looking at othertubs in the same  category and they were cheaper

What part of New York?  I know spas are way more expensive on Long Island, and similar areas.  $7k to $8k is reasonable for most places.

Longisland, 7-8 i dont mind but 9,300 is really high,
