Bullfrog Cloud Control Questions

Hello Everyone,

 I had a few questions I was hoping you could please help me with:

1. How reliable is the cloud control module on the bullfrog ? I see the app has terrible ratings?

2. Does the Cloud Control module for WiFi require a subscription fee ?

3. Do you have any thoughts one way or another regarding the Cloud control module ?

I would reccomend not using it. Balboas wifi doesnt work reliably yet.

I have it on my a8 since october works find no monthly fee .i use it all the time to turn heat down while away .have not had any problems

Thank you so much ! Do you think they will start charging after year 1? I thought I read something similar on their brochure After I made my purchase.

Yes they charge like $12/yr or something pretty inconsequential after 1 year.  Historically, it's been sort of unreliable.  You definitely need a full wi-fi signal at the location of the spa.  It also needs to be a modern router signal.
