Looking for a new Hot Tub...

I'm an A8 owner coming up on two years now.  My neighborhood is full of them.  Among of 5 +/- of us I think the only issue any of us has had was a jet button needing to be replaced (under warranty).  The Bullfrog tubs are great. 

I don't think the jet packs are particularly great for their ability to be swapped but I do like that they can be customized heavily and easily at the time of purchase.

Once I settled on my favorite seat, favorite jet pack, it never moved again.  The others get swapped every now and again but not regularly...

Ironic Beck, my A8 got delivered last week, and one of the auxillary jet buttons did not light up. Maybe they need to pay a little closer attention to this small detail. It turned the jets on and off, but no LED light. The tech came out a few days ago and said "well, there's not a light in there. It must have fallen off and is down in the cabinet, so we'll order what you need and come back out and get it replaced." The hottub performs fantastic.
