Once a month is not enough, regardless of what the directions state.  Weekly is what I tell my customers.

Agree once a month isn’t enough. Especially with how often you use the spa.

Sam:
Yep, you are considered a heavy bather load.  Max out the smart chlor cartridge number (can't remember if it's 5 or 6) for that size hot tub and supplement with a tsp of dichlor maybe after every other use.
