Maybe you should upgrade to an R series then. Removable jet packs of your choice. Wrist and hip jets. Ozone. Cover. Cover lifter.  $150 worth of free starter chemicals. Free delivery......... all for $5800.

Oh yeah, so the X-series is only there to make somebody want to spend as much or more on the R-series, instead of really being a lower priced hot tub. That's incredible, like they said.

If the spa is sold where it actually should be sold price wise, then yes the X series is a much lesser priced spa.  DJJ got a really, really good price!

Thanks for the info, by the way, I was just looking up the X series: "Enjoy legendary reliability and comfort at an incredible price"... so what they mean by "incredible" then is the smallest tub with the fewest options starts at around $6000? What! :o

yup, 5-6k for most of your smaller mid-level tubs...our average ticket out of my store is around $9,500.  The high end stuff "loaded up" with accessories coming in at 14,000-17,000 and swim spas coming in 17-30k.  If you want a 2-4k hot tub you'll have to look at Chinese stuff, or cheap lines coming out of Mexico, American Quality comes with a price

That's alright, I just don't see why the x-series exists so much in this case (although it is kind of hidden down there on the website, so that might explain as much, like it shouldn't be taken seriously for being a so-called "incredible price", as opposed to "our American quality pricing includes the cost of thinking up misleading slogans", just saying—that's more like leapfrog, and has the quality of a lie).

"Essential Hot Tubs" are said to be made in the US, and cost about half as much.  Maybe they're lying about where it's made, somehow, either way there is deceptive advertising going on, that's for sure.
