3 Year old Jacuzzi J325 waterfall issues.

Has anyone taken apart the water fall on a J325? I can't turn mine off . I turn the wheel and nothing. I have not found much about that on line, just for older tubs and it all seems to involve cutting pipes. I am wondering if the top pops off? The front comes up but the back doesn't seem to move and I don't want to break anything.

Thanks

They really are not fixable, you will have to order a new one.   To remove it, take off the back panel.  Then reach up under the shell below the WF and unhook the 3/4" line running to it.   I use to just cut the line and splice a new line in if that makes sense?  Then unscrew the nut holding the WF in place.  Then reverse the steps when putting the new one back in.   You will also have to unplug the light ribbon as well.    It's not a hard job, just a PIA if you have never done it.

Does it look like this one?

Yes it does look like that but I would think it should be under warranty so maybe I will talk to the place I purchased it from.

BullFrogSpasMN:
every jacuzzi waterfall breaks because they don't know how to plumb a spa properly

The plumbing is not the issue, Bullfrogs are plumbed the same.   They are just crappy waterfalls.
