Oscillator Fins - Bullfrog Jetpack

Has anybody had an issue with the oscillator fins on the Bullfrog Oscillator jetpack not oscillating? They seem to move freely but don't consistently oscillate anymore. I'm sure the dealer will solve it but curious if anybody has had this problem and resolved easily?
