Bullfrog - how do I turn on Jet 2 without Jet 1 turning on?

Maybe I didn't notice it before, but it seems like for the past 2 days when I try to turn on just jet 2, jet 1 turns on at the same time. Is this normal? Did a setting get screwed up? I have an R7L with 2.5hp 240v pump 60hz 2 speed left pump & right pump. I also have the ozone if that matters.

Hello, when I turn on pump2 , pump1 will come on , this is normal on my tub, hope this helps

  It's normal, but not sure why it does.   My guess is for added filtration, or without a circ pump it wants to maintain the temperature.    It's a good question!  I will see if I can get an answer tomorrow from the factory..

It comes on for heating I believe. You can shut pump one off and just run pump 2. Same thing in a marquis. After you hit pump 2 hit pump one and it will shut off
