Jacuzzi J325 dead

I have a 2014 Jacuzzi J325 110 volt plug in model that is dead. The breaker on the plug will not reset. I am going to call dealer this morning but any ideas? I did have a similar problem right after I bought it and it was the breaker itself so they replaced the cord. If that is the problem again is this a know problem?

So the problem was the cord. I am just not sure why this is happening and the service tech isn't either. I am thinking of converting to 220 volts and that might clear the problem or magnify it somewhere else.

Any ideas?
