Jacuzzi J470 only one pump works

Who replaced the board?  I'd ask them to come back and finish the job.

I would call the tech back, it could be as simple as he forgot to "plug in" the 2nd pump back into the main board after he replaced it

Could it be the setting for amperage too?  When switching to 60amp, I saw other options that look like it could make one pump not run.
I'd think (and hope) it is just a cabling job.
