UGH!  20 days later I still do not have my laptop back!   >:(

I just called Compaq and they haven't fixed it yet in fact they have a part on order for me.  I am so frustrated.  I am leaving on vacation on Friday for 3 weeks and need to take it with me.  Who woulda thought 3 weeks would not be enough time for them to fix it.   :(

junk't fixed it?  I think we have an over aggresive filter on the posts.  ;)

I'd escalate this up their mangment food chain.  Ask em for a loaner since they can't seem to repair thier product in a timley fashion.
