SerjicalStrike:
If the spa is hooked up 220v, I'm sure this is a way to use a 220v pump.

Not really.  I don't think I have ever seen a 110/220v spa that can use a 220v pump.     Tman?

We have installed larger pumps on a few different brands of spas
that were 110/220 volt convertible and were wired 220v.

I would think the control is designed to support a 110v pump. You could actually put a 220v pump in but it would take more than just a pump.

I've done it on Celebrity and Nordic Tubs
