Jacuzzi Jim:
We didn't have an opal, or I would have taken a pic.   Sorry..

mrpenguin:
No reason to be remotely sorry, Your help is appreciated greatly.  When I showed my wife the pictures you posted, she commented that it is even brighter in person, don't you agree?  I think the blue looks more like a toy in a way, not something you'd find in a luxury spa setting, but something you'd see maybe in a family vacation home or the like.  I doubt you'd see that blue in a high end 5 star resort.  Does that make sense at all?

Jacuzzi Jim:
Yes very much so,  First time I saw it I was like WOW, that's blue.      I like opal and chestnut but it also looks great with Silverwood (grey) or sand and chestnut.   Two of my favorites..    Silver pearl or platinum work great with the lights, that being said so does opal.

Really in the end it's the out side of the spa you see most unless your in it, which will be often..

TwinCitiesHotSpring:
not much to add other than NEVER go by what is printed in the brochure or on the website...just like Jacuzzi, Hot Spring's Opal color in the brochure looks nothing like what it does in real life, same goes for the factory provided swatches/samples

Wow that's bright. I looked at it this morning and didn't like it, looked a couple more times now I think I like it. Wouldn't be my first choice but it must brighten up the showroom floor!!
