Jacuzzi J-480 Pump # 1

Hi folks, Been a nasty week here weather wise so have not used the tub at all. Went to put some chemicals in tonight and noticed that pump # 1 is not working. Display would not let me turn it on manually. Pump 2 works fine, when i tried to turn on pump 1 with the remote the check mark came on but no pump action. Any idea's before i have to pay another $55 for a "Free" service call???????
