Sheez,..it's the big one like a wedding but it's like picking which dress to wear to the prom. I know I'll be happy with either one and hence the problem...which one???  ::)

Both are good options and assuming they're basically the same deal I'd say if its used I'd go with whichever seems to being running better and if its a new spa I'd go with whichever does better in a wet test.
