I think their sales will speak for themselves......not going to worry about it....and not going back. While driving back home from the store, we both said that it didn't apmatter if HS was the absolute best spa, we would not be purchasing from them. We did start reading the brochure and thought we should look for someone else that might sell them. Bingo......

Oh yeah....we were the ONLY customers in the building........

A crappy dealer can make even a great spa a poor owning experience. A great dealer can make even a mediocre spa a great owning experience. I've always said, confidence in the dealer, and 2 places on your butt your wallet and the feel.

Thanx tman......we've found another hotspring dealer close to us that we will check with, bullfrog is another one we will be looking st. We'll see where we end up!!!!! Any other advise you have is greatly appreciated!!!!! As I said before this is our first endeavor into the spa world. This has been a good source of information as there is no consumer reports to go by. Happy new year all!!!!!!!

Just remember you need to research the company you buy from as well as the brand. Check the BBB. Check Yelp. Ask to speak to the owner and ask lots of questions about service after the sale.

Thanx spalifer!!!!! That's a great point!!!!! Wet testing tomorrow evening.....may be able to sneak a second test in earlier with a smaller store. Will be asking more questions about the store too!!!!! Thanx again

Woooohoooo!!!!!! Today is wet test day....have both bullfrog and sundance/jacuzzi lined up!!!!! Going to stop in sting hotspring too.......very excited!!!!!! Hopefully we'll have a decision today or tomorrow. Still considering the maax....the only one we have wet tested so far.......

Bullfrog first stop.....wth is with these small stores not knowing anything about their product?

? This one had been there a year and had zero knowledge again!!!! Oh and no wet test.....tub at 85 degrees!!!!! They knew we were coming.....maybe these are signs that we are not supposed to get one.../.onto hot spring #2 dealer and then sundance!!!!!

Bring a paper and pencil to jot down notes. Listen to how quiet each is while idling and on high. See how easy each is to operate and sit in front of some jets for a long time to see if you get itchy. Open up the side panels and look inside.
