Jacuzzi Jim:
Dealers are "suppose" to register the spa just after delivery.   But many times it can slip through the cracks, so yes if it was never registered to start with then the current spa owner could register it.   But, when I looked it up the spa was built in June 2010 then registered to him Dec 23rd 2010..   Don't really care either way, but why would someone come here stating what they did??
