Cloudy Water

So new Spa, just started using the Spa Frog. Was in the tub the other night. Today the water is cloudy. Spa test strips show water is good, maybe a tad low on Bromine, which I just raised on the Spa Frog.
So do I need to add shock to clear the water or a water clearer?
There is one on Amazon called Leisure Time that has both.
What do you add to clear your water?
Thanks

The frog system requires shocking every week or "as needed" I would shock it more frequently and keep the filters clean before I started moving into other products. Also, I always assume you have the ph and alkalinity perfectly balanced with an ideal calcium level.
