303 on spa cover
(1/1)
pjjp21:
hi,
i don't want to sound simple, but if using 303 on the underside of the cover, must you let it dry first, and second, it has no effect on the water in the spa?
thanks john
ZzTop:
Yes you should let it dry first. No it should not have an effect on your water once the 303 has dried.

303 on the underside? I tell people to use chlorox wipes to clean the underside and 303 on the top side as a UV protectant.

The idea of spraying the underside is to prevent or reduce the possibility of mildew by sealing the underside of the cover.

I'll stick to the chlorox wipes to clean any mildew as I know they work well without leaving much residue and I don't like the idea of 303 on the underside though I certainly can't see it being a big issue either way.
