I know that is about as helpful as my back rub advice!

My sister and I used to party a lot in college. I always kept a bottle of salt water in the refrigerator.  When we got home after drinking a bit too much, we would drink the salt water and rarely have a hangover the next day.
I think it just helped to keep us from dehydrating.  who knows what it does to your kidneys....!
