Thanks for the offer Jim. I went and bought another board today (the right one this time) though I think I was sold a really old board because I think the new ones are 288 and I've got the 6600-087 Rev A. Either way I got it home and it was the same board that was in the jacuzzi.

Funny enough I put the board in and would you believe the damn connection that goes to the led panel was half pulled away from the board. I had to go get some crazy glue gel and glue and clamp it back to the board in order for it to work. Either way I got the new board in and the tub is FINALLY working again.

I really hope others learn from my mistakes in this adventure. If anyone has a similar tub and wants some help with it feel free to email me and I will do my best to help from my experiences.

Glad you got it working, least you have some spare parts should you need them.  I am sorry I did not suggest checking the connection, I was working out at the fair for 6 days 9 to 11 bit of a grind..

Well now the tub is going to watchdog mode. I believe it is from the tub thinking it is overheating which sounds like the temperature sensor is going. If I unplug it and leave it for a little while it will then work again for a short period of time. Time to replace the temp sensor....

Watch dog is a general alarm for a few things, 9 times out of 10 it's a temp sensor. But it could also be a couple of other components.     Dang you have just had a run of luck with that thing, did you buy it used and or how old is it?   Not that it matters..

We bought a new house in February and the owners had left it for us. It's a J345 from 2005 according to the sticker on the panel. Didn't have any issues when we first moved in. Wondering if I should try and sell it once it's finally fixed and running for more than a day for something newer. I don't have the money to shell out right now though.

The spa should be fine once you work through these minor problems, it's just a pain dealing wit it..  The temp sensor is really pretty easy to replace, and inexpensive compared to a heater or circuit brd.
