Or maybe we could just put up a sticky that says, if you have a parts/service question about your spa, don't bother all 5 (if that) of us left "pros" just call a service company to fix it for you. Would probably cut down on a lot of useless post around here..

That is exactly what I did. I called up my local guy and he pointed me in the right direction. I got the flow switch I needed and replaced it. If only that was the end of my issues and unfortunately he doesn't work weekends. Didn't mean to piss any of the pros off on this board, and if you really are that put off by my simple "useless" post, why even bother posting here? If only pros posted on this board how alive would this board even be?
For anyone willing to offer suggestions for my next issue I would really appreciate the help. I replaced the flow switch and now when I plug the hot tub in it turns on and I don't get the FL1 error but after about 10 seconds the hot tub resets itself. This happened a few times before I unplugged it again. I wasn't sure if maybe I had hooked up the new heater incorrectly so I disconnected the heater but left the flow switch plugged into the board and the problem still occurs. I'm not sure if it is the heater or not but it seems like after 10 seconds when the flow switch does its thing the hot tub resets. It never trips the gfci but the tub continuously resets.
Sorry if I'm posting useless questions but would love to hear thoughts until I have a chance to call my service guy Monday.

Well I just replaced the board and now the FL1 error is back. No longer shorting but I think that is because of the FL1 error. The circ pump is not turning on.
I took the new board out and put the old one back in and the circ pump goes on but the tub now resets over and over.
The new board that my supply guy gave me is a 6600-287 Rev D with a chip of REV5.57. I don't have any idea if this is the right board or not but this is just crazy at this point.
I hope if nothing else this helps people in the future that decide to be as stupid as I have been doing this myself.
Looks as though this is the wrong circuit board for my Jacuzzi J345? http://www.spaandpoolsource.com/6600-288sundancespassweetwatercircuitboard6600-088isnow6600-288.aspx
That looks like the right board?
