Stephanie.

Have you though about the media? If you have a media personality (especially TV) that goes after companies that don't owe up to their end of a contract it could help you.

A firend of mine also had a challenge a little while ago (in Halifax, Nova Scotia) and he called the company and told them that if they did not do produce he would take out a full page ad in the newspaper trashing their company.  5 days later, problem solved. This might be a little more riskier liability wise, but hey who knows right.

Gary:
Another good reason to buy local. Adventure is not even factory direct, they are rebranded Clear Water spas from Washington state. They are just a dealer in Jersey slapping their name on them and trying to take atvantage of the internet.

Good Luck!

I believe you are correct for the most part, and your advice about using the state Attorney General, is an excellent one, its not a waste of time going to the BBB. Whenever I do call them about a company, they give a stat about the number of complaints they resolve.  That information has stopped me from making some purchases in the past.

Gary:
Here is an e-mail address for Hank at Adventure, try him and see where you get. Seems like a decent guy.
