is this bullfrog 552 a good deal?

Hi everyone, I've seen lots of great answers here so I'm looking forward to getting some knowledgeable help.  I'm looking at a 2008 floor model bullfrog 552ss.  It's got the circulation pump, cover, and ozonator as well.  It's been sitting in the showroom since 2008.  Does $8700 sound like a good price?

are they still going to honor the full warranty? I believe all bullfrogs are 3yr component

 A spa thats been on a showroom floor for almost 4+ years doesn't sound right.  I suppose it could happen and it would probably be fine.  But to me that price seems high, you can find brand new ones with a 5 year warranty for that price.

Yes, they will still honor the warranty.  Can you really find new ones for that price?  If so, please give me some direction on how to do so. :)
