Wash Suits often??

e23:
I know this is going to sound stupid, but how often do you wash your suits?
I mean, doesnt the soap that remains in your suit cause foaming in the tub?
Is there a way to prevent the foaming, other than not wearing the suit...lol.
and what do you do when you have company over...so your tub doesnt foam up.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Who wears a suit??

Pooldevil:
Why wash your suit ?
It gets washed everytime you get in your tub !
Keep a special suit for use in your spa - unwashed - and another for vacations , sea swimming etc and wash that one !
Tell your friends to rinse theirs out the night before they come over ...
Once you get detergent in your tub it is very hard to get rid of the foam without draining ....
Enjoy ....

You must put your suit right in the dryer as soon as you get out? Otherwise they can get a little musty smelling when you hang them up.

We wash our suits every couple of months with normal detergent, then follow it up with a full cyle again with no detergent. New guests to our house are asked to do the same, or we will run it through a wash cycle with no soap when they arrive.  Just rinsing it out in the sink doesn't cut it.

I have several suits, and I rotate my suits. When I'm finished in the hot-tub,I hang it up in our shower, where it stays to drip dry.  I probably use the suit 3-4 times prior to washing.

My wife wears a thong, which she washes after each use. How much soap can a itty bitty thong hold anyways?
