Emerson Motor for Marquis Spa model 415

The motor on my pump has burnt out - is is possible to buy this somewhere else other than from Marquis?  They want to sell me both the pump and the motor, for about $350. I just need the motor (C55CXGYA-3860.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks!

you might even be able to take your motor to a motor shop and have fixed. You can get a motor aftermarket just need to make sure the wetend matches the motor ....But 350.00 for a new pump is not bad..

it is if you're a renter ;)

Thanks for the advice - will see about having the motor repaired or rebuilt.  Shouldn't be too difficult.

Any good place online to buy a discounted or used motor?
