The link to his ETL spas will be posted "next week".
(Much like that sign that some bars hang up that says "Free Beer Tomorrow").

The link to his court case will be posted when he's done putting on his armor.

I'd love to know the case, btw.  Who's suing who?
Is the Cal Spa dealer the defendant or the plaintiff?

I've tried internet searches, but I don't know a lot about the California Legal system. Chas?  I think I did see it was LA county correct?  Anyone search the govt sites there?

Jim is the one being taken to court. Cal Spas apparantly doesn't take kindly to Jim's slanderous ways. I think that as part of a plea agreement Jim should have to work for Cal Spas, maybe he could head up their public relations department since he's so savvy in that area.

That's how I hear it, but it should be clear that if Jim had initiated the proceedings it would be happening in Colorado, no California.

Darn you Spatech, you have been making me think too much lately. Several of your messages go from serious to humorous so effortlessly that I had to read it twice to make sure. Quit making me think I hate that. ;)

Well, I went to L.A.Superior court's web site. You can search for cases, but it costs $4.75 for each search. After trying "Arjuna, James" and "The Spa Specialist, Inc." I gave up.

There are several courts they could be doing this in. Sandy mentioned LA, but most people from who are not from Southern Cal refer to anything south of Santa Barbara as "LA." So they could be in court near the Cal Spa factory, or in civil court, or even small claims.

I think I'll wait for the movie.

You can use what is called the PACER system to look up court cases.  I believe they charge per viewed page and it is like 8 cents a viewed page.

Just google PACER and it should come up.

Even better, is that you don't actually have to pay pacer unless your calendar year balance due is $10.

If I find some time tonight, maybe....
