Poor Jet Action on Jacuzzi J-345

I haven't used my tub in a couple of weeks.  I was testing the water and adding chemicals today and I noticed that the Pump #2 is only working for the footwell jets and not the seat jets.

Any suggestions on how to tackle this problem?

Jacuzzi Jim:
 Divertor handle controls that, I think its the one on the left side of the tub.  Its possible the handle came off and didn't get put back on in the right direction, when the hndl is pointed to the middle of the spa, you should have action in the 2 seats and some in the footwell.  To the left would be full power to the footwell or full to the seats I cant remember, than turned to the right would be the opposite.
