As a newbie, that was the first forum I found. I was very hesitant to post my opinion, or ask any questions. When I found this forum I was very guarded, but I have since found that this is a more relaxed atmosphere(sp). Thanks guys and gals

Welcome! This IS a much better board. The moderator has wings, but other than that it's a good mix of owners, dealers and technicians who will help if they can.

I didn't mean youse guyz, I mean those who have banned and remain banned.
I know our buddy has been banned at least a couple times. Tries as he does with his fake id's, he just can't keep his true personality hidden long. Spotting his aliases on this board is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Well, rumor has it the suit against HIM by Cal Spas is moving forward and expected to go 5 weeks. I noticed JA's wife is filling his site with cutsie pictures and talking about how big he is to avoid being baited by all of you. Perhaps his lawyer has told him to back down for awhile.

Getting dragged into court like that has got to cost.

Wouldn't suprise me one bit if he's being his own lawyer.

An interesting side note here...

In speaking to a lawyer friend with connections in CA, he informed me that Jim had a date in court on the 25th of Sept. for his slander charge and was a no show!

That sort of stuff isn't taken lightly by the courts and it doesn't look good for Jim at this point.
There's now a judgment against him for a cool 1 million.

The plot thickens and he's backed himself into a corner. It looks like a case of bankruptcy in inevitable for Jim as they're going after everything he owns. Shouldn�t be long now.
