Might be a good security device. We have a duplex accross the street that, to put it politely, I think the family waded into this country. This week, caught the boy stacking papers in the bush on the corner of their building , setting it on fire, waiting a minute, running to get the hose, then put it out. He repeated this over and over again. I was debating, do I go over and put a stop to that and risk retailiation? Fortunately about the 5th time he did this, dad came home and kicked his pindaio around the yard for awhile.

No, but being an NHL city, we have plenty of those. Lake Erie is shallow, but not that shallow, They wait till it freezes over. But they bring us Hockey, curling, and beer. Plus they don't demand free health care and a translator at the doctor's office. We are also well on to having the largest Somalian population in this country.
