Purchased this tub new in 2004 from a local dealer that is no longer in business and had nothing but issues. The tub lasted the first year problem free,Year 2.. First the control panel on the topside went out,,,Replaced under warranty, Then still in year 2 one of two pumps quit working... Replaced under warranty. Then the replacement control quit working..Replaced under warranty, then the second pump failed...Man, I just wasn't going to win with this tub. They replaced the second pump under warranty and while they were repairing the tub I noticed some structural shell blems starting to show....Well they actually replaced the tub with a brand new model....They charged me labor and a few other fees that totaled $1,000 bucks for the new replacement tub that was replacing the less than 3 year old tub. I'm not a newbie at owning hot tubs. This model looked great and did function nice when it was working but I just had a lot of issues with mine. Sold the house shortly after the replacement and let the tub go with the house. Not sure how the new one faired out. The water filtration was also an issue...I kept getting faulty "flow" errors and "Clean Filter" always...I'm extremely clean with my tub and clean my filters at least every 4 weeks or sooner...And the water clarity was not there for a High End tub.I know this sounds like a bashing towards Sundance but its actually just my real life experience. Great that it had a good warranty but very frustrating to have it break down all the time.

Date Purchased: 10/04
Price Paid: $12500
Recommend: No
Pros:
Beautiful looking tub, Neat features, Manufacture stood behind the warranty A+

Cons:
Reliability was poor, Filtration was not as good as described, Very expensive and not worth the investment due to poor quality.

We have now had our hot tub for about 3 weeks and we have thoroughly enjoyed it! The tub has alot of jets including one's for your feet and they all have strong flow. The stereo is amazing and even has great bass! Aside from it needing more chemicals/maintenance than i first thought we are loving our new spa.

Date Purchased: April 2012
Price Paid: $13000
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Stereo, Waterfalls, LED Lights, Powerful Jets

Cons:
Seems to require a lot of maintenance and chemicals.
