I have this spa now for about 3 weeks and LOVE it!

It has powerful jets that can be turned down for a gentle message when needed. It has different level of seats to accommodate different size people and for a family of 4, it has a lot of room. So far, we have had up to 5 people in it (2 adults, 2-14 Y.O. boys and 1-10 Y.O. boy) and it still seemed roomy. It supposedly holds 7 people but that may be stretching it.

The quasi lounger is great - you can sit upright but it gives you the option of lounging with some leg jets, we do use it but find we float somewhat while using it.

The only con is the neck collar seats are a bit too confining. I believe that if my torso was shorter then it would be perfect. My shoulders keep me "locked" in for a back message and therefore the neck jets don't work correctly. I have to slide forward in the seat to make the neck jets work - maybe this is true of all neck collar seats. Actually living with it now for 3 weeks, it's not as bad as when I first got the tub - I guess I'm getting used to it!

I purchased the 56 jet, 3 pump version and the dealer sells it with standard ozone and SS escutcheons. I ordered it with the 24 hour circ pump/ heater upgrade, durawood cabinet, cover lifter and LED light.

I will try to give a 6 month and 1 year update on it's performance.
