Thanks Matt and Suzanne, you like screwing your customers? I believe in carma and you will get yours in the end. I bought a Venetian tub and the main board got fried, I called Matt to request service. I was told Suzanne would return my call and set up an appointment. Guess what... no call. I tried to call Matts cell phone back and guess what... it is now a disconnected number. Well I finally got a new spa pack about 3 months ago, no help from the famous super tubs folks. Now tonight the diverter valva cracked showering us with nice cold spray. You guys should be as shamed of yourselves taking peoples hard earned money and running away with zero service. Hope I can find a new valve somewhere else. Otherwise I have a $5600 dollar duck pond out back.

Pros:
Worked good for about 10 months, just enough time for Matt and his crew to clean out the warehouse.
Cons:
Piece of crap. Don't think your getting a good deal. Spend the extra money and buy something that has been around! |

Horrible -- piece of junk. They can't help with getting it serviced. One service guy we contacted said he wouldn't service it for us because its a piece of junk.

Hot tub leaks every where. Very poor quality. No service at all. They sent someone who they use ,who works doing something else.Hot tub sits broken for the last 8 months they won't honor warranty, said I was on my own. Horrendous service.

I recently bought a Natural Spring Spas Fiji tub from Supertubs.com. I couldn't find too many reviews about them online, but my friend had bought one and passed the info over to me. The customer service at Supertubs totally won me over. They worked around my schedule to deliver my tub.
I've been using the tub for a few weeks and I'm loving it. Everything has been working great from the lights to the jets. The lounger is the best part...and it's absolutely improved my sleep. It's been a great experience so far!
