Jimmy's got his own forum called the "Neutral Evolution Forum"!
Typical of his hot tub forum, he is the most prolific poster.  On one topic, there have been 11 posts 9 of them by Jimmy

Jimmy the scientist has looked at the similarities in DNA.  Here is his analysis, I kid you not.

My hypothesis on this.
1/ Human and Gorilla mated and produce the chimp.
2/ the Gorrilla and chimp produces the Orangutang.
3/ The Chimp and Human produced the Neanderthals.

4/ The only way science works is through pure logic and reason, not some wish that evoldelusion was real.

I just tried his site again today- the last time I tried it (maybe a year or two ago) it gave my computer a virus. When I tried to go there today Google wouldn't let me, & said the site was still full of viruses. It's a wonder he still has it up.

In a way it might be good, as far as this forum and the hot tub industry in general, to leave a sleeping dog lie, but I might have to check out Youtube and see actual video on his highness.

After I saw this thread (been away from this forum for a while now), I simply HAD to see the train wreck.  I noticed that about 6 separate YouTube "regulars" had taken up the (pointless) cause to try and reason with a madman.  Of course, none of them got anywhere and so they created their own videos outlining their efforts.  In the end, the diagnosis was always the same....Jimbo is as crazy as he has EVER been.  He continues to demonstrate SIGNIFICANT delusions of grandeur as well as outright sociopath behavior. I felt sorry for a few of them and pointed them to this thread so that they could see all the prior carnage.

By the way - Puddenhead appears to have (for some reason) thought he could create numerous fake ID's on YouTube and published his childlike gibberish under various names.  Of course, he's in the videos which shows that he's not even smart enough to do that right...It's carnage over there I am telling you.  Another train wreck (but this time in slow motion with video accompaniment).  BTW - I thought the legal system had forced Jimbo to stop selling spa stuff online...He's still doing it?

If the link works you will see a $55,703 judgment against The Spa Specialist, Inc., entered on January 14, 2010. We told him repeatedly, ad naseum, that we would settle for $30,000 and he told us to go to hell!  Looks like he should have took the deal. Anyhow, now it is official and on the record, in the public domain, that Jimmy is a pathological liar!  If you refuse to answer summons and complaints, write refused on all legal mail, threaten and play cat and mouse with process servers, just what the hell are you trying to hide?  Are you feeling guilty and ashamed of what you did to your Sister-in-law and Brother??? Just what the hell is your major malfunction, if you get my drift, man? What kind of chit are you guilty of doing to others???

I tested the link and it works perfect.

Our case will help establish precedence for anyone else interested in going after Jimmy.

Now I think a restraining order filing is in order due to the ballistic nature of Jimmy's anger, rage, and out and out hate mongering.

Ah, but least we forget, Jimmy is "A Man of God!"

You forget, Jimmy is beyond the legal system and does what he damn well pleases.  He has not screwed enough customers or had enough customers complain or sue him to make it worthwhile to shut him completely down. There are just too many Jimmys out there to police them all.  The ones with the most complaints get dealt with.

I got his age wrong.  His B-day is 04/22/1948 so he is 62 now.  Now who in their right mind would want to be his agent?  He is up against millions of wannabe "Rock and Roll Groups" from around the world with way more years of experience and practice than he has time left on earth to acquire!  No promoter is going to wast time and money on an unknown "Garage Band" that cannot even play the "Top Forty," which most Bands start out doing at local establishments, until they become somewhat recognized.  A close friend of ours Brother is a drummer in a "Journey" Tribute Band that plays around the San Francisco Bay Area.  The band members are excellent professional grade musicians and they have to keep their day jobs.  They play at County Fairs and Gambling Casinos to name a couple of their venues.  Anybody with a peanut brain knows that for every band/musician that makes a living at it, there are millions who never do!  Their inability to "Make It Big" is NOT caused by lack of talent or skill!  The point being, Jimmy's profound "Delusions of Grandeur" are not, and will not, pull him through to the other side where the fat cat high rollers reside!  Wishful thinking, unrealistic dreams, arrogance, narcissism, egomania, and psychopathic behavior will not pull Jimmy and his crew through.  I have never seen him getting any Radio or Television Exposure, have you?  Try and imagine the costs involved in a tour of world wide proportions!  What promoter is going to put up the money to tour an "Amateur," no-name, virtually unknown, mediocre at best, wannabe musical group?  If you find one I want to meet them!  Mick Jagger is 66 and making a living at it since 1961 at age 18.  How much experience and training he had acquired before 1961 I have no idea.

Perhaps sooner or later reality will hit Jimmy right between the eyes and he will wake up and come out of the fantasy world he is currently wandering around in, and, let us hope, he will face up to and deal with the reality of his insanity, whatever diagnosis and/or diagnoses he can be labeled with and treated for?

Service and sell his "Relabeled Phoenix Spas?"  Who knows, if anyone!  He is going down in flames, perhaps as the result of the combination of his History of: "Pathological Lying;" "Cheating People;" "Self Deprecation;" "Delusions of Grandeur;" "Denial of His Mental Health Issues." i.e. vicious explosive anger; threats, however veiled, of physical violence; obvious emotional instability; flagrant lack of a reasonable facsimile of good ethics and morals; does not possess a grip on right from Wrong; incapable of guilt, shame, or remorse for his dirty deeds; and everything synonymous with his infamous and notorious actions and reactions!"

He may get sued by customers he is stiffing on their warranty.  I do not think he is aware of the fact that here in California, and perhaps most other states, a Civil Judgment is good for ten years with the option to renew it every ten years for another ten years ad infinitum.  Civil Judgment holders can wait until he gets a regular job and garnishee his wages or go after his bank account or confiscate his assets or whatever other legal remedy available to collect their judgment, including their costs to collect and accumulated on going interest that never stops until the judgment is paid!

The part of James Arjuna will be played by Randy Quaid. The part of Jon will be played by Dennis Quaid. The major spa manufacturers will be played by a team of "Hollywood hit men" who are looking to "whack" him.

As I watched the video, I thought it was eerie how much Randy's situation mirrored Jim's. Both are in their 60s, at the end of careers that probably didn't turn out as they had hoped, both believe that their friends and associates are out to get them, both had major fallouts with their brothers after a financial situation went bad, both are absolutely sure that they are sane and everyone around them is crazy...
