There comes a time when everyone has to cut their losses.  Sounds like this is the time.  Before you do you may want to simply file 10 separate small claim suits against Jimbo. Each in a different jurisdiction (if possible) that way he will be running all over the place trying to simply deal with the realities.  I have found that when dealing with scum of the earth, the ONLY way to get their attention is to make it as inconvient as possible for them to simply ignore you.  You say you have shares in his company?  Try selling them for $1.00 to an enterprising person willing to pursue the SOB.  If you have rights as co-owners, maybe you can also claim bankrupcy (on his behalf)?  Take out a loan in the companies name to repay yourselves, etc...  I am not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV but these "techniques" are just the tip of the options you may have available to you.  Good luck and god's speed.

By the way - Why did Jimmy REALLY change his name?  To avoid prosecution somewhere?  We can all tell from his profanity and delusions that it wasn't related to ANY religion (psychopaths have no concious)

This is a response I wrote to a very disatisfied customer that has put up a blog that has been up since 2002.  Surf for "The Spa Specialist" and you will find Dr. xxx xxxxxxx's write ups!!!

If this "Person?" was a real businessman, then, if a customer said they wanted their money back he would give it back with no questions asked and re-focus his "Resources" towards making sales and generating cash flow and "Not" wasting his time "Badgering" people, trying to "Intimidate" them, attacking them, calling them low life scum and fraudulent scam artists, and generating all kinds of "Bad Press" all over the internet. Cut your losses and move on!!!  Do what you can to minimize "Bad Press" not "Feed" it and "Amplify" it!!! Can you imagine how much money in sales this idiot has lost by going after people, like a "Rabid Dog", all over the internet??? Of course he also goes on and on about how terrible all the competition is and how he is "Gods Gift To The Spa Industry" no less!!! Being humble will get you a lot farther than being an arrogant, "Know it all", "Braggart"!!!   (Which turns most people off!). I am a Mechanical Engineer and his write ups and claims are fraught with errors and omissions.  He does not do his homework. He uses his write-ups for "Negative Press" against his competitors. His sales "Hyperbole" is overkill and I suspect that turns off potential customers also??? Being "Rejected" by a customer or customers "Goes with the territory"!!!  Getting all defensive and locking into (like a pit bull) the idea that you can "Shake Them Down" for shipping costs or any other extraneous expenses incurred, is absolutely as insane as you can get!!!  If you cannot let go and bring "Closure" on good terms then you have NO damn business selling anything!!!  I mean especially the way he treated you!!!  Here I am writing to a "Sociopath"!!! Ha Ha Ha!!!  If he wants to see a real live in the flesh, "Sociopath" then all he has to do is look in any mirror or any other reflective material!!! I did not know he had his M.D. in Psychiatry and his PhD. in Psychology as well as his PhD. in Physics!!!!  Maybe he has been reading the DSM IV on the Internet??? I am just fed up with this damn character!!!  If I can make him go down in flames then he will have gotten his just deserts!!!  As I say he is as crooked as they come!!! John

Thanks for the clarification.  He and I did have a number of online banter's with regard to religion (a subject I am sorry to say he is COMPLETELY unfamiliar with although he trys to invoke it whenever it seems to fit his own particular need for self-impotance).  Jim was ill-equiped (intellectually) to contest so I quickly lost interest in his childish games.  He never did answer a question directly so we never did get the details behind that particular aspect of his fascade.

It's somewhat spa related as,it relates to a  spa business/sales operator,and how he does/conducts business.  I believe it's in everyones interest,to know FACTS!  

Now that I've stated such,it's for I and others to wallow in the muck and determine what's factual/fraud.

I understand your point but it is being aired here for the same reason that a couple of his own customers started their own website to chronicle their dealings with Jim. When you get burned by him and see that he will not make good on his promises you at least want to warn others who may otherwise be tempted to blindly trust him as he asks.

Those familiar with Jim know his business plan centers around his claim that he is the only truly honest person in the industry and that almost everyone else is pretty much crooked, to one extent or another. While he also states his is a far superior product that is really secondary to his claims of honesty and integrity that he feels should convince people to entrust their money and their belief in him. There have been stories in the past of VERY unhappy customers, banks suing him, his criminal past and oddly a name change. These may be of little interest to the average person but if you're considering buying a VERY expensive product over the internet from an unknown source and have to put your trust in that person these are not insignificant issues. When added together how can you believe Jim's claims that everyone is defaming him and none of it is true. There are many in this industry that have no respect for Jim yet now we see that his own broither has even LESS respect because he's apparently been on the wrong end of Jim's blatant disregrad for others.
