Ok -- I was going to drop the whole issue of another forum (where I was banned) but I just got an e-mail from said individual and I feel compelled to let you know what he says in private. Now you need to realize that I was just a customer who wanted to buy a spa!! This is the way he treats CUSTOMERS. CAn you imagine what he thinks of not customers. By the way, he criticises me for hanging out in other forums but he forgets that his WIFE banned me from HIS forum! Hey Jimmy, your love stinks!  If these comments [and a multitude of others all over Cyberspace] represent your idea of love for your fellow human being, then I want a DIVORCE and you can keep everything.  I just want a clean break.

In California it is called a 51-50 when you are hand cuffed [or strapped to a gurney] and taken to the nearest mental health facility for 72 hours of observation.  If you don't "pass the test," so to speak, you are held over for two more weeks [Called a 52-50].  Then you can be either released or kept indefinitely at the discretion of the Doctor [Psychiatrist] assigned to you.

All of these very "poorly" veiled threats of death and destruction toward others represent grounds for a "Family Intervention" or a "Police Intervention." Printing out a cross section of Jimmy's Internet rants and presenting them to the local authorities, I do believe, would be sufficient grounds to take him in. A person's behavior has to pass the "ARE YOU A THREAT TO YOURSELF AND/OR OTHERS?" test. i.e. "ARE YOU SUICIDAL AND/OR HOMICIDAL?"

Jimmy has put his threats "in writing" so he has no defense.  "It's your word against mine . . . Ha Ha Ha . . . " will not fly.

I do not know how Colorado handles someone like Jimmy AND he definitely needs to have his Internet activities censored [I do believe it is a privilege and not a "Right" to use interstate and intrastate telecommunications]. Freedom of speech was not meant to be a license to "Trespass against others."  Certainly not to convey veiled threats of bodily harm, albeit through incantations, amulets, potions, alchemistry, or "Sorcery" in general! [using the Bible (i.e. God), the Bhagavad Gita (Krishna), casting the infamous "Red Sweater" spell on people or what ever else this mad man can "Conjure Up!"]

The legal system looks at written and/or verbal threats, in terms of, they may very well be characterized as a form of felonious assault.  i.e. "If you talk the talk . . . you may very well walk the walk!"  I do not think that Jimmy learned anything from his prison time in the 1991-1992 time frame for felonious assault!

Well if there's a God that will have anything to do with saving America, My vote goes to the one that can't be spoken of by name at all in the old testament, according to Jewish law, because any mention at all is in vain and considered a sin.  All I have to do is look to the Jewish community down the street that has created a booming economy where there was once only abandoned factories.  My recommendation is that if you want to save the world economy with religion and ethics, then become a practicing Kosher Jew and move to a Jewish community.

It's called "Internet SPAM" and yes, this is the way they try to get you to go to their website.  Complete fabrication.  Just let the mods know and they will clean it up (i.e. remove it).  Unfortunately, it's not easy or simple to eliminate this crap from these forums. Sometimes it is simply our responsibility as concerned members of this site to help the mods "take out the trash" every once in a while.

Auto - Actually, they are trying to sell "power level enhancements" for the popular game.  It's illegal and fairly tightly monitored by Activision/Blizzard and that's why they have to come to non game-related sites (so that they can "fly under the radar" and have less of a chance of getting busted).  Many times, such sites actually do nothing other than to take the customer's money.  So, it's basically $200 and you don't get SQUAT!
