I am not sure about him except to say that he never showed up for court and a $55,703.00 judgment against him in our favor was issued on January 14, 2010.  Jimmy is going to be 62 on April 22, 2010 and I just don't think he has it in him to muscle 600 +/- pound portable hot tubs around forever?  [or go on the road with his big time rock and roll band?] He had to shrink back into his house and close his storefront some time ago.  He still uses The Spa Specialist, Inc. name even though he filed Articles of Dissolution on that label in January of 2009?  Not sure if that is legal?  Jimmy makes up his own version of what's legal on the fly.

He has been pouring tons of time into some anti Darwinism/Evolutionism forum [I AM NOT A 'FUNDIE!!!] he is running.  Don't have the url handy but it must be easy to Google.

The word "religion" is used VERY loosely.  In Jimbo's case, it might be better defined as "a chaotic opinion who's foundation fluctuates with the wind..."

He has used and still uses a "corrupted" meld or "blend" of Siddha Yoga Path [Swami Muktananda] and his Wife's obsession with The Jehovah's Witnesses.  He beats to death his buzzwords like "Evodelusionists" to berate and attack the Darwinist/Evolutionist sector.  If he is not a Fundie he is passing up a good thing.  He swears he has no religious beliefs, does not belong to any religion, and he is not a "Hard core Creationism Fundamentalist!" He apparently does not have a grasp of what a "Delusion" is.  As most people know a delusion or delusions is being mentally locked [hard wired] into a false belief, or set of false beliefs, that rational, reasonable, and logical effort or efforts to get the individual to see and comprehend the falsehood in their belief, or set of beliefs, let go of them, and "accept the truth," cannot be done.  This status of an individual requires professional help.  It is not for amateurs, like myself, to mess with.

As of 5-17-2010 The Spa Specialist, Inc. aka [alter-ego] Havenmade, Inc. headquarters, "factory," place of business [dba .com] is in foreclosure with a sale pending on 9-15-2010.  Now Jimmy has burned all his bridges with us - we have a five bedroom 3-1/2 bath house with just the two of us.  i.e. They could have moved in here for a while in this kind of pinch...but not after being screwed by them the way we were.  Cheating people is his/her forte'.  He seemed to think it was hip, slick, and cool to "sell" us worthless stock, commandeer the money we paid him for the "Alleged" stock, refuse to repay our loan to him, and refuse to pay us for work performed.  So they can GTH as far as I/we are concerned.  Her parents are dead, his [my] parents are dead, his kids want nothing to do with him, and he has alienated his siblings to the point that there is not a chance there.  Perhaps some of you industry moguls will take them in...Ha Ha Ha.  When they hit the streets they will have to move to a warmer climate asap...Denver gets mighty cold in the winter time...and I don't think there is a shelter or shelters anywhere that could contain his brand of arrogant narcissistic egomania!  Now he can write and record "The get down...funky...we lost our ass...we are in foreclosure...bluuues!"  He just turned 62 on April 22nd [D.O.B.: 04/22/1948] and he is too friggen old to "Start Over!"  His "Alleged" rock-n-roll band is not going to carry him.  He is a textbook example of the old Doctrine of "Be very careful about who you make enemies with...you may need them down the road to cover your butt!"  I can just see him now trying to apply for a job with a Portable Spa/Hot Tub Dealership.  I would venture to guess that everyone in the business knows about the infamous "Spa Deceptionist."  How is the poor guy going to start over in a different trade because he has gotten himself "Blackballed" out of the Portable Spa/Hot Tub Industry?
